
Break The Chain of Bad Habits
Most people know that they have limiting beliefs.
Beliefs about themself, life and their possibilities.
Often these are reflected by the habitual phrases.
Sayings that run through our head.
So, are you aware of what you say?
What do you say when you make a mistake?
What is your phrase?
Set the task of targetting those words.
Eradicate them from your vocabulary.
Listen out to your silly gremlin, and prune the words out.
Just cut them out as if you had a pair of shears.

Just saying negative phrases can stimulate, at cellular level, negative chemical waves to wash over your cells leading to distress.

For some reason people like to hear negative stories.

What would it be like to create your own history?
A history filled with powerfully exciting and happy days?
Memory is largely what we want to remember. What we want to remember for a reason.

Clear the garden of your mind, and plant great thoughts.
Then, when you look back to tododay, from your old age,
you will recall the happy Autumn days you want to remember.
